Throughout history, God has invited His people to come and be renewed in their relationship with Him. That’s what Sundays are. It’s a weekly invitation from God to connect with Him through the gospel and with one another in community.
What Should I Expect?
Our service lasts about ninety minutes. We come together to reflect and pray, to read Scripture and hear it taught, to worship through song, and to be renewed in our relationship with God and with one another. Here is what you will find us doing in our worship service.
We gather to sing
Our remembrance of who God is and all that He has done leads us to respond by expressing our love for Him through truth-declaring, God-glorifying songs of worship.
We gather to hear
We don’t simply gather to speak to God, but to also listen. We give our attention to the good news of Jesus Christ as it taught to us through the Bible, so that our lives would be transformed.
We gather to pray
As we continually gaze at God, we realize our dependency on Him for all things. Each week, we celebrate all that He has already done and all that we need Him to do through corporate prayer.
We gather to remember
Every week, we celebrate Communion. Through this simple meal, Christ meets us as we remember His body broken for us and His blood shed for the forgiveness of our sins.
We gather to encourage
Like a family reunion, we come from all over to gather again as brothers and sisters in the Lord. Sundays give us a wonderful opportunity to connect with God and with one another.
We gather to scatter
As much as we love coming together, we end our service commissioned to return back to our homes, neighborhoods, jobs, and cities as agents of God’s love and mercy.
