Seven Mile Family, we need your help for this weekend.
Pray: They are predicting thunderstorms for Saturday. Pray for good weather and a good turnout. Pray for safety. Pray that we’d be able to connect with at least one family or person through this event. Pray for God to use you – whether it’s having a conversation about Jesus or serving someone well in His name.
Fliers: We will be meeting at the church’s building tomorrow (Wed, Aug 17) at 5:30pm to hand out fliers around the neighborhood. We have hundreds to distribute so come help us if you can.
Desserts, Sides, Snacks: If you are able to bring some food for Saturday, contact Julie George. She’ll let you know what we need and how you can help.
Saturday at 1:45pm: We’ll be getting together before the event to pray. All volunteers, please plan to join us. After prayer, we’ll start setting up and get ready to host our neighborhood. See you then!
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good worksand give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
