We’ve used our pulpit for the last two weeks to address the issue of work and how the Scriptures can shape the way we think about our vocations, our callings, and our jobs. But sitting here on Tuesday, I’m dealing with my own thorns and thistles as I don’t think the sermon on Sunday was as helpful as I wanted it to be. I’m struggling with my work, specifically my sermon on how work is a struggle. The irony of this is not lost on me! Anyway, here are some additional resources (some that I’ve engaged and some that have been recommended to me) that will further the conversation we’ve begun on Sundays and hopefully help you continue to think Biblically about the work that God has called you to do.
