As a part of our acclimation to Philadelphia, we figured eating a cheesesteak from Genos was a necessary rite of passage. I stood on a line halfway down the block, looked at the pictures of all the celebrities that have passed through, ordered in English, loved the experience, but was left wondering if that was really Philly’s best cheesesteak? Any suggestions?
And while we’re at it, here’s a question for Philadelphians. What is it that we’ve gotta do, gotta see, gotta experience if we’re really going to become a part of this city? What do you love best about Philly?
