The Thanksgiving Dinner was great. Folks from the 7 Mile Road launch team and friends throughout Philadelphia gathered to share a meal. Our team transformed a church hall into a great space with tables, chairs, candles, flowers, centerpieces, the works. And boy, can 7 Mile Road cook! Turkey, ham, chicken, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, chili, cornbread, sweet potatoes, corn, pies, pies, and more pies. We feasted, conversed, connected, and enjoyed a great night of community. Grateful to God for the night, for all who worked so hard to pull it off, and to all our friends who joined us.
